Financial and crypto-asset fraud
We are a referral service, not a law firm. Start by sending a clear enquiry; where appropriate, we can introduce you to an independent, licensed law firm.
Act quickly, through official channels only.If the fraud is still happening, contact your bank or payment provider directly and report it to your local police. This enquiry is not a substitute for a police report.
A short, orderly referral enquiry. You can review everything before you send it.

01 / Payment types
Start with the payment method, the provider and the records you already have. The right approach depends on the facts, not just the amount lost.
Before contacting your provider, gather statements, payment references, payee details and dates.
Keep transaction IDs, network names and your correspondence with the platform. Contact the provider through its official fraud-reporting or complaints channel.
Record the places and parties involved. Jurisdiction and available measures should be assessed by a qualified professional.
A recall request is not a guaranteed refund, and a complaint to a provider is not a freezing order. We do not promise any recovery.
02 / A clearer process
Organising your information, sending us an enquiry and instructing a law firm are three separate steps. You should always know which one you are on.
Choose a payment method, add your location and loss range, then leave your contact details. Keep the first enquiry brief.
You stay in controlWe review your enquiry and tell you by email whether we can recommend an independent law firm. We do not give legal advice.
Email replyWe first tell you the firm’s name and regulator so you can check it yourself. Your details are passed on only with your consent, and fees and terms are agreed separately between you and the firm.
Your decision03 / Clarity first
Before you agree to anything, you should know who charges, who pays and why. This page charges nothing.
Prepare your questionsThere is no payment step on this page. It will never ask you to connect a wallet, pay a “recovery deposit” or enter card details.
Before any referral, we tell you in writing whether any fee applies, who it is paid to and what it is for. A law firm’s fees and terms are agreed directly between you and the firm before any work begins.
Sending an enquiry is not an assessment of your case and does not create an engagement. Before instructing any firm, check it on its regulator’s public register.
We never contact fraud victims unprompted, never ask for payment in crypto-assets, never charge “unlock fees”, “taxes” or “release fees”, and never claim to act for a law firm that has not been named to you.
04 / Before you start
Take a moment to understand what this first step can and cannot do.
You review and send it. We review your enquiry and reply by email. If a referral might help, we tell you which independent firm we would recommend and how to verify it. Nothing is passed to a law firm without your consent.
What is possible depends on the payment method, the provider, timing and the applicable legal process. Ask your provider through its official channels. A recall request does not guarantee a refund, and a complaint alone does not create a freezing order.
Keep payment records, transaction references and a dated account of events. For crypto-asset transfers, note the network and transaction hash. Do not enter passwords, seed phrases, private keys or full card numbers. This initial form does not accept file uploads.
This page charges nothing, and sending an enquiry does not instruct or authorise any law firm. Before a referral, we tell you in writing whether any fees are involved. Any law firm must agree the scope of work and fees with you directly, in writing, before starting.
No. We are a referral service and do not give legal advice. Sending an enquiry does not make you a client of ours or of any law firm. If anyone claims to be us, or says we act for a law firm, check with us first through the official email under “Operator information” in the footer before giving any information or money.
Your information is used only to review your enquiry and reply to you. Nothing is sent until you click “Send enquiry”, and nothing is passed to a law firm without your consent. “Clear my details” removes what you have entered from this page.
